This short documentary follows three-time World’s Strongest Man Tom Stoltman as he opens up about life with autism – from the challenges of childhood and diagnosis, to finding focus, purpose and identity through strength.

Shot on location in Invergordon, Scotland, Tom is joined by his brother Luke as they reflect on the journey that shaped him – and the mindset that helped him become the strongest man on the planet.
